With over 13 years of retail and office experience, Travis joined SVN in July of 2017.

Travis specializes in the representation of Landlords and Tenants in the leasing, subleasing, and sale of retail, office, and investment properties throughout Southern California.

Over his career, Travis has worked with premier Developers, Landlords, and Tenants. Travis’ real estate practice is focused on assisting Landlords in space disposition and businesses in securing space/operating facilities that advance their business objectives. He helps them make educated decisions about their business space and execute effective solutions whether that is through a purchase, disposition, or new lease.

Mr. Dunn’s knowledge of different property types includes Urban, Street-retail and Downtown developments, Power and Lifestyle centers, Neighborhood/Grocery-anchored shopping centers, and mixed-use projects have earned him a reputation as extremely versatile across many retail subtypes.

During his tenure Mr. Dunn personally completed more than 400 transactions in excess of $250 million.
